My Hindi Christmas Song

“Aata Hai Aata Hai Santa Claus Aata Hai” from Shaandar (1974)

aata hai aata hai, santa claus aata hai
ek hiran ki buggy par
geet sunata aata hai
aata hai aata hai, santa claus aata hai
ek hiran ki buggy par
geet sunata aata hai
merry christmas, merry christmas
merry christmas, merry christmas
merry christmas, merry christmas

dunia bhar ke sabhi khilone
lekar aaya hu
dunia bhar ke sabhi khilone
lekar aaya hu
neele peele aur salone
lekar aaya hu
moti dulhan rabar ki gudiya
budha baba kubdi pudiya
dug dug nache bandar
dug dug nache bandar
bhalu been bajata hai
aata hai aata hai, santa claus aata hai
ek hiran ki buggy par
aata hai aata hai, santa claus aata hai
ek hiran ki buggy par

nanhe munne bache jis din
subah sawere jagenge
nanhe munne bache jis din
subah sawere jagenge
or takiye ke niche se
leke sawere bhagenge
apna apna packet khole
jhum jhum ke sabse bole
merry christmas, merry christmas
merry christmas, merry christmas
merry christmas, merry christmas

jata hai jata hai, santa claus jata hai
agle saal jaldi jaldi vaapas aata hain
he jata hai jata hai, santa claus jata hai
agle saal jaldi jaldi vaapas aata hain

My English Christmas Song

“Carol of the Bells” by LeeAnn Rimes

Hark! how the bells
Sweet silver bells
All seem to say,
“Throw cares away.”
Christmas is here
Bringing good cheer
To young and old
Meek and the boldDing, dong, ding, dong
That is their song
With joyful ring
All caroling
One seems to hear
Words of good cheer
From ev’rywhere
Filling the airOh how they pound,
Raising the sound,
O’er hill and dale,
Telling their tale,
Gaily they ring
While people sing
Songs of good cheer
Christmas is here
Merry, merry, merry, merry Christmas
Merry, merry, merry, merry ChristmasOn, on they send
On without end
Their joyful tone
To ev’ry home

Ding, dong, ding, dong
Hark! how the bells
Sweet silver bells
All seem to say,
“Throw cares away.”
Christmas is here
Bringing good cheer
To young and old
Meek and the bold

Ding, dong, ding, dong

That is their song
With joyful ring
All caroling
One seems to hear
Words of good cheer
From ev’rywhere
Filling the air

Oh how they pound,
Raising the sound,
O’er hill and dale,
Telling their tale,
Gaily they ring
While people sing
Songs of good cheer
Christmas is here
Merry, merry, merry, merry Christmas
Merry, merry, merry, merry Christmas

My English Snowman Song
“Lil Snowman” by Mariah Carey
Oh, my little snowman
He’s the coolest guy in town
He’s jolly and he’s happy
Nothing’s gonna bring him down
All the people say that there ain’t no way
This Christmas he ain’t coming around
Oh, my little snowman
He’s the finest boy to me (ooh, ooh, ooh)
He’s got them pretty little eyes
And the biggest belly you’ve ever seen (ooh, ooh, ooh)
He’s got his hat to the back ’cause he’s cool like that
And they don’t know how he makes me feel
Oh, my little snowman
Does what no one else can
You can’t tell me he ain’t for real
Baby, baby, my baby (ooh, ooh, ooh)
Baby, baby, my baby (ooh, ooh, ooh)
Oh, my little snowman
Does what no one else can
You can’t tell me, he ain’t for real
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo, shoodoodoo, shoodoodoo
Oh, my little snowman
He’s the coolest guy in town (ooh, ooh, ooh)
He’s jolly and he’s happy
Nothing’s gonna bring him down (ooh, ooh, ooh)
All the people say that there ain’t no way
This Christmas he ain’t coming around
Oh, my little snowman
He’s the finest boy to me (ooh, ooh, ooh)
He’s got them pretty little eyes
And the biggest belly you’ve ever seen (ooh, ooh, ooh)
He’s got his hat to the back ’cause he’s cool like that
And they don’t know how he makes me feel
Oh, my little snowman
Does what no one else can
You can’t tell me he ain’t for real
Baby, baby, my baby (ooh, ooh, ooh)
Baby, baby, my baby (ooh, ooh, ooh)
Oh, my little snowman
Does what no one else can
You can’t tell me, he ain’t for real
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo
Shoodoodoo

Shoodoodoo, shoodoodoo, shoodoodoo
Oh, my little snowman
Does what no one else can
You can’t tell me he ain’t for real
Baby, baby, my baby (ooh, ooh, ooh)
Baby, baby, oh baby (ooh, ooh, ooh)
Oh, my little snowman
Does what no one else can
You can’t say my little snowman, he ain’t for real
