I would like to dedicate this song to my friend. You know who you are and I love you so much. Thanks for loving me and making me smile. We should always unite and end the hate. Love knows no religion, gender, or caste. Humanity is universal! We want love and peace not hate and war. God Bless everyone on this beautiful universe!
Hi everyone I am so sorry that I have been so busy to update my story or add any new posts. I have been busy with Zumba classes, work, and research. From Thursday I was out of town in Virginia for my niece Navya’s sari ceremony. It was a fun trip except that it was so hard getting a normal amount of sleep when you would be coming home at 1-3 in the morning. I also enjoyed seeing the family of my parents best friends. They have three daughters who have married well and have given their parents seven grandchildren. The third daughter has followed in Aunty’s footsteps by having three girls. It was nice to see family friends and family the same weekend. I only wish I could have stayed longer to spend more time with everyone. The last night in Virginia, I played Monopoly with the oldest one of twin nephews and surprisingly I was the one that won the game. It was nice to relax and play one of my favorite board games. The best part of my trip was seeing my cousin Pooja and her son my nephew Vihaan enjoy their first ever trip to America. Vihaan was quite an interesting little naughty boy but he was so adorable so you couldn’t be mad at him. I loved meeting my cousin’s friends but more then anything I was ecstatic to get Mehendi done for the party. It was amazing spending time with my niece Navya. She was so beautiful in her pink sari and the black Anarkali that she changed into to perform her two dances. I had a blast when we danced on the dance floor together for a couple of wonderful hours.

Oh my gosh! I’m so speechless and amazed after watching Bajrangi Bhaijaan. I cried, laughed, cried, and laughed some more. Amazing story. Amazing acting by Salman Khan, Harshaali, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawaz and the rest of the cast and crew. I loved the message of this movie. Loved Kareena as Rasika when she told Bajrangi that the caste system was stupid and that you should not hate a six year old girl just because she was a Pakistani Muslim. Loved the songs. Was crying so much Bajrangi decided to give Shahida to the agent who was going to take her across the border to Pakistan. Thank God that Pawan was there to rescue her when the agent sold her to the brothel madam. Loved it when Pawan decided to take Munni across the border to Pakistan himself. So funny about Boo Ali and how Pawan didn’t want to escape from the border patrol because he was Bajrangi Bali’s devotee and so he could not do anything on the sly. Loved how he didn’t want to go into Pakistan until he got permission. So funny how he met Chand Nawaz and how Munni stole the handcuffs from the police officer. But hands down my two favorite hilarious parts were when Pawan and Chand Nawaz had to escape dressed as women wearing burkas. Kind of reminded me of Mahabharat and our Shaheer dressed as Brihannela. The second funniest part was when someone asks have you heard of Mahabharat and the other person is like what is that, is that a new movie. Lol. Loved the hug between Shahida and her mother when they finally reunited. Loved the love that the two countries of India and Pakistan had for Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Had tears running down my face at the end of the movie when everyone is shouting Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Pawan is going across the gates to go back to India and then Shahida runs to him but she can’t get his attention because she could not speak since birth but then finally she yells “Jai Sri Ram, Mama!” Loved how they tricked the head police officer by Shahida/Munni leaving the banana in the exhaust pipe of the car so that the car would stop and Chand Nawaz would use his amazing mechanic skills to fix the car. Loved it when Nawaz said that his wife was also mute and then he said mother and daughter are sametosame. Lol Sallu Bhai made an interesting women. Totally thought about our gandivdhari than. We should not discriminate against others because of their caste, creed, or sex. Absolutely loved it when the police started lifting the veils of the women to see if they were really women. Loved it when the women slapped the police officers. Loved hearing the Hanuman Chalisa at various parts of the movie. So glad to see my favorite actor be the best that he can be. We want peace and love not war and hate. We should get together and work together to make this world a better place. We need more people to act like Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Loved the Rasika and Pawan Jodi. The chicken song was absolutely hilarious to see. Loved the song at the Dargha in Kashmir. Bollywood should make more movies like this!
