“Tomorrow is another word for hope. ”

”I hope I get some sleep.”

“I hope that you will dance.”

“I hope you end up happy.”

The Movie: Two Steps from Hope

The Pendulum, the Pit and Hope

The Fanmade Movie: Born of Hope

Born of Hope: Ring of Barahir

For those who don’t know some of the movies I used in this post. The plot of Two Steps from Hope: When tragedy strikes, a teen struggles to keep her once perfect family from falling apart. The plot of The Pendulum, the Pit and Hope: A horrifying, surrealist version of Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Pit and the Pendulum” directed by the masterful animator Jan Svankmajer. And last but not least, Born of Hope: The Ring of Barahir also known as Born of Hope. Born of Hope is one of my favorite fanmade movies that were ever made. Born of Hope: The Ring of Barahir is a 2009 fantasy-adventure fan film directed by Kate Madison and written by Paula DiSante (as Alex K. Aldridge) that is based on the appendices of J. R. R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings. The film centres on the communities affected by Sauron’s war; the importance of the Dúnedain bloodline, and the story of Arathorn II and his relationship with Gilraen as they would be the parents of the future King Aragorn, who would later grow up to be a key leader against Sauron.
