“I Hope You Dance” by Lee Ann Womack

I Hope You Dance” is a crossover country pop song written by Mark D. Sanders and Tia Sillers and recorded by country singer Lee Ann Womack with Sons of the Desert. The song, which was featured on Womack’s 2000 album of the same name, reached number one on both the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks and Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks charts, and also reached number fourteen on the Billboard Hot 100. It is considered to be Womack’s signature song, and it is the only Billboard number one for both Womack and Sons of the Desert. This song reminds me of many of my childhood memories because since a young age I have been a dancer and we have choreographed many dances for various family parties throughout my life. Even though I was going through all the stress of my divorce the week before our family reunion and celebrating my parent’s  fiftieth wedding anniversary I didn’t let my stress ruin the party: My sister and I still danced the remix in Austin with all our nieces and nephews.

2. Post a video of a song that mentions a food or drink.

“Chocolate, Lime Juice” from the Hindi movie Hum Aapke Hain Koun

Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! (lit. Who am I to you?) also known by the initialism HAHKis a 1994 Indian musical romantic-comedy film, written and directed by Sooraj Barjatya, and produced by Rajshri Productions. Starring Madhuri Dixit and Salman Khan, it celebrates the Indian wedding traditions by relating the story of a married couple and the relationship between their families; a story about sacrificing one’s love for one’s family. The soundtrack for Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! was composed by Raamlaxman whose original name is Vijay Patil and lyrics were by Dev Kohli. Lata Mangeshkar is the singer that sang this interesting song. Yes, chocolate lime juice and toffee is a weird combination! But hey, when it’s food – who’s judging? Chocolate, Lime Juice, Ice Cream, Toffeeyaan – as the song croons, we get a taste of all things that were dear to us in our childhood.

3. Post a video of a song that talks about rain or sunshine.

“Mellaga Karagini” and “Nuvvasthanante Nenoddantaana” from the Telugu movie Varsham 2004

Raju on his Sumanth Art Productions banner and directed by Sobhan, the film stars Prabhas, Trisha Krishnan, and Gopichand playing the lead roles, and the music was composed by Devi Sri Prasad. All the lyrics were written by Sirivennela Sitarama Sastry. All songs are blockbusters. The music was released on Aditya Music. The singers of Mellaga Karagini are Sripathi Panditharadhyula Gonda Balasubrahmanyam Charan and Sumangali. This movie actually has two different songs that take place in the rain. The other rain song is Nuvvasthanante Nenoddantaana which means (If you wish to come, will I refuse?) The singers of Nuvvasthanante Nenoddantaana are Chitra and Raqeeb Alam.
